GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Assist in all phases of planning and producing up to 150 tradeshow exhibits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Order show services, such as furnishings and utilities
-Assist with hotel and badge registration arrangements
-Create pricelists for use at shows
-Coordinate office shipping, including assembling and packaging materials; communicate with shipper;
-Track and confirm delivery of shipments
-Maintain storage areas and supplies inventory
-Prepare attendee packets
-Attend marketing/planning meetings
-Frequent interaction with editors and marketing managers
-Some travel may be required
-Heavy lifting is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and express themselves in a clear manner.

EDUCATION:
BA or BS degree or equivalent working experience.
