BMP Media seeks a detailed oriented individual who possess prior experience working in a fast paced Human Resource Dept where priorities change as the need arises.

Human Resources/Office Services Coordinator:

•Assist the Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Office Services & COO with routine daily tasks including
•Entry level recruitment as well as recruitment for internship programs
•Benefits administration of all plans including Flex and 401K, Major Medical/Dental, Life, LTD.
•Payroll preparation and administration
•Daily Attendance Administration
•Maintain accurate information in ABRA HRIS system
•Correspondence & Data entry (Excel & Word)


•3 yr prior Full Time HR Experience Required in Recruitment, Benefits Admin & Payroll Preparation
•4 year college degree
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Typing 50/wpm
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge to ABRA HRIS system and Paycheck a plus
•Able to multi task and be even tempered
