Duties:
•Manage existing accounts while overseeing work development of Account Managers
•Research and develop new sales leads
•Generate new business
•Participate in and/or run sales meetings
•Maintain account database and client compliance
•Analyze customer data
•Provide exceptional service to our clients
•Support the sales team in meeting business objectives and needs for monthly auctions

Requirements:
•5+ years of sales & industry experience
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Proven sales track record
•Strong negotiating skills, business acumen and strategic-planning skills
•Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
•Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and solve problems quickly
•Flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
