We have an opportunity for a talented, dynamic and hands-on Project Manager with at least 2 years of agency or corporate experience to work in both our Experiential Marketing and Digital teams. The Manager will handle projects from concept to completion and work closely with our client account teams across multiple industries. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and be able to juggle multiple projects at one time. In addition, candidates must be able to adhere to critical project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position will have the support of a Production Coordinator.

Primary responsibilities:
•Responsible for working with client and internal teams to effectively develop and deliver design projects, including print and digital materials such as event-specific collateral, creative mailers and promotions, advertising and websites.
•Determine assets and vendors needed to complete design requests, often under tight deadlines.
•Project management from concept to completion including creating price quotes, developing and managing production schedules, budgets and billing.
•Review the creation of designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
•Develop a solid project management process for delivering world-class digital content on time and on budget
•Manage development of in-house or external production team.
•Coordinate and monitor the production of all online content and assets, diving into development & content management as needed
•Remain current with the latest digital trends and technology
•Develop timelines, schedules and processes for streamlining the production of digital content
•Direct and collaborate with external online graphic artists, photographers, video editors & web developers, guiding them from conception through to final product.
•Provide support to client events, which may include managing the design and development of printed collateral and signage, advertising, digital communications, branded apparel and materials, and logistics.
•Participate and assist in both pre-production and on-site execution of events, as needed.
•Work with administrators to further develop marketing and brand materials for RF|Binder.
•Support the development and production of new business presentations.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions.
•Complete a high volume of work quickly, while maintaining quality.
Qualifications & Skills required:
•Bachelor’s degree
•A minimum of two years work experience in an agency or corporate environment
•Project Management experience specifically in event production
•Must have experience with managing web design and development
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design, Mac and standard Microsoft programs. Working knowledge of Flash preferred
•Must have a great eye for color, layout, design, detail, composition, form, dimension and a thorough understanding of the design process
•Strong communication and writing skills
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Ability to think creatively and effectively articulate ideas
•Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Ability to work within assigned budgets and deadlines
•Some knowledge of video production is a plus
