The Audience Insights group is a mash up of strategic planning, business solutions and advanced analytics within the social media space. We focus on driving content ideation, discovering points of relevance among audiences and optimizing owned channel performance for Big Fuel's roster of Fortune 500 clients.

More specifically, the Audience Insights team is responsible for driving strategic thinking and insight across multiple client engagements, specifically: discovering new paths for growth by identifying the target audiences, defining important Social Media behavioral and attitudinal insights, and optimizing programs through disciplined and innovative analysis.


JOB SUMMARY

This role will manage Audience Insights Associates across key clients, and be responsible for client deliverables and ongoing thought leadership. Deliverables could include; platform performance analysis, social listening reports, social footprint audits, etc. This role will have client-facing responsibilities while performing regular reporting duties & delivering value to the creative and content teams.

The ideal candidate knows how to frame up stories though relevant insights and big data and has experience in both strategic planning and social analytics. Social media expertise is a must.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as focal point for internal cross-functional teams and liaison to client teams.
Develop business within the context of existing client project work
Develop effective relationships with clients and other groups across the agency
Define and continuously improve recommended approach
Manage execution of strategy and strategic planning projects for clients
Contribute to formal frameworks and methodologies
Build a team environment amongst account staff and other departments; motivate others
Assist the new business team on strategic and research needs throughout the pitch process

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of business experience in Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising, or Interactive Consulting
4+ years managing and coordinating multiple strategy projects across internal teams and client relationships
Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
Extensive experience managing, mentoring and leading a team
