The role of Manager or Associate Manager, Consumer Marketing will afford the right candidate the ability to develop cutting edge customer acquisition skills and learn, hands on, how to build consumer awareness and loyalty across print, digital, and mobile platforms. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment, where creativity, risk-taking, and results are valued.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement marketing plans, and regular testing agendas for subscriber acquisition across multiple platforms especially insert cards, online and email marketing• Manage day-to-day marketing activities including creative development, test execution, results analysis, and strategic recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as internal and external designers, production, fulfillment, list management, and more• Oversee expense budget, forecasts, and monthly reconciliationsKey Qualifications:• Detail oriented and results-focused• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace, changing environment• Self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel• Strong digital marketing background preferred• Ability to think both creatively and strategically• Ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both peers and upper management, both written and verbally• Management experience preferred• Prior direct marketing experience a plus• Passion for media – interest in celebrities, entertainment, and fashion a plus!• Bachelor’s degree requiredThis position will have one direct report and will report to Assistant Marketing Director.
