This position will provide an outstanding opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager to learn about and assist with strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities for retaining and engaging with All You and This Old House subscribers.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations for all traditional and digital retention activities, including creative development, consumer segmentation and fulfillment
• Implement and analyze marketing initiatives and tests; provide recommendations as they relate to the brand’s strategic direction
• Contribute to and / or own ad hoc projects for the brands and / or the division, which could include work on the following: creative/pricing/offer strategy, CRM, e-mail optimization, tablet marketing
• Conduct regular retention rate and revenue forecasting / budgeting and manage financial expense reconciliations
Qualifications
• History of achievement and legacy of making an impact in previous roles
• Top-notch analytical capabilities and Excel proficiency; quantitative experience required
• Exceptional work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to multi-task several priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to and perform in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with various levels of colleagues
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
• Prior consumer / direct marketing experience a plus
