The primary responsibility of this position is to help ensure client deliverables (both internal and external) are delivered in a timely manner with the highest quality possible and also to maintain organization of resources. These efforts often begin “pre-sale” and continue in some cases after delivery of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage project timelines; including:
oInterfacing with clients to manage expectations and negotiate timelines.
oOrganizing “kick-off” meetings and regular status meetings for start of assigned projects, as required.
?For kick-off meetings, develop a “Time & Events” schedule for all project components, and then review with team to define and assign responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines.
?For status meetings, develop and maintain project tracking reports for internal and external review; advising appropriate personnel on milestone deviations.
•Oversee trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, and circulation processes, communicating with team members as needed.
oShare project deliverables and relevant information to clients; manage client expectations on timing external reviews
oUtilize content management systems to implement digital deliverables
•Complete quality reviews of project deliverables, ensuring applicability with project specifications and managed performance against expectations.
•Track expenses and complete required accounting information during, and at completion of, project (eg, payment of vendors, budget reconciliation).
•Shared responsibility to post and track digital components of project deliverables (eg, email deployment, document posting)
•Perform other tasks required to ensure successful development and deployment of client deliverables

•Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 1 to 3 years project management experience, preferably in the publishing industry or in an advertising agency.
•Must possess a high degree of organization, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments
•Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook programs)
oKnowledge of project management software and HTML is a plus
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
