Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic pre-sale support

  • Manage internal approvals and contract review

  • Communicate creative ad specifications and creative lead times to reps, advertisers, and agencies

  • Manage the creative development and approval process

  • Partner with Pandora’s Creative Services and Trafficking teams to ensure online advertising campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner

  • Traffic and test ads using DFP and internal tools

  • Provide proof of implementation reports and screenshots

  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems

  • Manage campaign performance and offer proactive and strategic optimization suggestions

  • >li>Provide regular in depth reporting and analysis to Manager, Sales, and Advertisers/Agencies
  • Interact with Finance department in regards to Billing requests/issues

  • Provide Sales administrative/Account related support

  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales, advertising, graphic design and technical teams

  • Provide leadership and act as a mentor to junior team members

  • Assist with internal strategic initiatives such as vetting out new processes and systems

  • Manage up to 4 direct reports

  • Participate in regular meetings with Sales Management

  • Design and conduct systematic sessions and presentations

  • Review and approve orders in Pandora’s internal systems


  • BA or BS from a top tier university

  • 3+ years’ industry experience as a Senior Sales Planner, Senior Campaign Manager, or Client Services Supervisor/Manager in an Online Advertising/Marketing environment; previous experience as a digital sales planner, digital campaign manager or as a radio planner or buyer a plus

  • 1+ year managing a direct report(s)

  • Experience in hiring, managing and training a team preferred

  • Leadership experience is a must

  • Knowledge of the interactive advertising marketplace

  • Existing knowledge of Salesforce, Operative and DFP is preferred

  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent communication skills; Must be able to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions

  • Ability to work independently but must be a team player

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
