SourceMedia has an exciting opportunity for a digital-minded, detail-oriented, energetic, and bright individual to serve as an Ad Operations Manager for our Digital Operations team.

The overall responsibility of the Ad Operations Manager is to be the point person for all ad operation and campaign management related activities. The Ad Operations Team manages hundreds of active ad campaigns and supports the Ad Sales Staff as well as interacts with our valued clients. The ideal candidate will ensure successful campaigns for our large portfolio of advertisers, utilizing a close attention to detail and the ability to effectively troubleshoot ad operation-related issues.

The Ad Operations Manager must have a strong understanding of common ad serving technologies, and be a motivated team player, proactive in nature and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
*Manage digital advertising campaign activities - including but not limited to interpreting insertion orders, interfacing with our outsourced ad operations group, securing creative, communicating inventory and collaborating with advertisers, agencies, third-party vendors and internal staff
*Provide technical and operational support to ad ops teams including troubleshooting and identifying operational performance opportunities and enhancements
*Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns, and develop optimization plans when necessary
*Provide Quality Assurance for advertising campaigns in accordance with Insertion Orders
*Prepare over/under delivery reports weekly for Sales teams campaigns
*Client service and account management duties where applicable

Desired Skills & Experience:
*Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing preferred
*2+ years of experience preferably in Advertising
*Thorough understanding of online advertising and marketing
*Knowledge of Interactive media formats, terms and landscape
*Strong analytic skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, and digital advertising knowledge
*Excellent client service, organizational, and communication skills
*Experience with ad server technologies such as DoubleClick DART for Publishers, AdTech, OAS, etc.
*Experience with HTML, HTML5, JavaScript a plus
*Proficiency with MS office applications, specifically Excel (including pivot tables)
