• Analyze and verify data to ensure accuracy before submission into Tracking Database.
• Enter data into Tracking Database in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assign filings, set overall due dates and task completion dates.
• Maintain and update Tracking database to help ensure information is current for all phases of workflow.
• Reviews and monitors individual reports
• Monitors and communicates developments in project status to team leader.
• Suggests enhancements for process improvements.
• Troubleshoots data and system problems, investigate and resolve in a timely manner. Respond to customers promptly.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years previous experience in publishing environment required.
• Knowledge of ISO products and operations a plus.
• Analytical and decision making ability required.
• Good research skills.
• Good ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently with proper direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of document management software and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
• One years' experience in Property/Casualty insurance preferred.
