Responsibilities iVillage is seeking a talented and driven Audience Development Manager to maximize new customer acquisition across channels and platforms. We are looking for an analytically-minded team player to bring rigor to our social media practice and our audience development campaigns more generally.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Manage multi-platform and cross-channel acquisition campaigns (including mobile, email, social, paid media and partnerships) for the new iVillage 2.0 and other strategic priorities

Manage ongoing acquisition for iVillage social media platforms and email newsletters

Create and run regular metric reports, conduct analyses and generate actionable recommendations to enhance current audience development programs and strategies

Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s Degree

4-5 years of relevant digital experience

Mastery of Excel and basic statistical techniques

Familiarity with regression analysis a plus

Familiarity with Omniture SiteCatalyst and Discover a plus

Highly literate in the language and processes of the internet and digital technology

Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.

Must be willing to work in New York, New York

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.

Must be 18 years or older.

Desired Characteristics Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to take data, draw insights and make reccomendations

Ability to lead multiple projects across a variety of departments/groups with strong communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
