BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The Digital Media (DM) Sales Coordinator is the primary contact for Online campaign maintenance and general DM transactional support for the NCC Sales team per directive of Digital Media Sales Operations Manager. Critical functions include processing and maintaining Online orders for all NCC sales, following specific processing guidelines from booking to invoicing. A complete understanding of all DM Products and Offering is necessary. Thorough knowledge and practice of accurate order stewardship and business process is required. Customer Service skills are crucial.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Review and validate Online Insertion Orders (IO) received from NCC Sales.

•Process and transmit online orders through NCC applications and streamline all communication to affiliate for acceptance on Affiliate.spotcable.com.

•Ensure that online orders are implemented and activated as ordered per the trafficking details on the IO; request screenshots as confirmation.

•Aggregate online campaign reports on a regular basis to ensure full delivery.

•Provide campaign performance reports to Sales so they can distribute to the client.

•Review and analyze pacing, Click-Thru Rate (CTR), and market level performance to optimize accordingly with sales and the affiliate in a timely manner.

•Steward all campaign revisions and optimizations accurately and promptly. Negotiate makegoods with affiliates on behalf of Sales/clients if optimizations or revisions did not deliver as ordered.

•Assist the DM Sales Operations Manager and Analysts with campaign reconciliation and delivery confirmation.

•Steward and manage IBV production requests for online orders.

•Act as liaison between Affiliate operations personnel and Sales to troubleshoot issues, such as creative errors and reporting data discrepancies. Direct contact with agencies may be required and will require a high level of customer service skills to resolve complex issues.

•Attend all relevant Sales, BD, and DM Department meetings.

•Assist with projects as directed by the DM Sales Operations Manager.

•Assist with other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

•College degree preferred.
•Previous experience working in a professional office-setting preferred.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.
•Accuracy, excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve are essential.
•Must be detail oriented and must be able to meet strict deadlines.
•Excellent written/oral communication skills required.
•Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with both cable systems and agency clients is essential.
