Fairchild Fashion Media seeks a Retention Marketing Manager for a full-time staff position.
 
Overview
FFM Consumer Marketing is looking for a Marketing Manager who will work with the Marketing Director on a variety of subscription sources (renewals, bills, corporate group subscriptions, agent subscriptions and ad hoc projects) on WWD, WWD.com, FN, and Style.com/Print.
Responsibilities
Renewals and bills
Give monthly renewal and billing instructions (print, email, auto renewals) to fulfillment house
Verify selection of renewals including pricing and tests
Update monthly renewal and billing reports and analyze results
Manage stock inventory of renewals and bills
 
Corporate Groups
Handle corporate Group subscriptions including customer service interface between the corporate group administrators, the fulfillment house and hand delivery company for NYC delivery.
Manage new and renewal pricing on group subs
Manage common expiration date on group subs
Review all renewal and billing efforts
 
Agents
Work with subscription agents to make sure listing and pricing of magazines is correct. 
Determine how to grow the business.
 
Ad hoc
Work with others in the department on Education promotions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Highly motivated and organized with exceptional communication skills
  • Have a strong understanding of retention marketing
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Friendly/customer service oriented, willing to manage our corporate subscribers who have complex subscription questions and problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Team player
