Leading digital educational reference company seeks hard-working, conscientious, tech-savvy individual to assist busy marketing department promoting reference databases, eBooks, and streaming video to the school and library market. Online marketing duties include coordinating all stages of promotional email deploys, including uploading mailing lists, setting up emails in our ESP, setting up promo codes, testing, deploying, tracking, recording results, monitoring our unsubscribe accounts, and more. Other responsibilities include maintaining marketing databases, submitting product information for features and round-ups, entering products for awards, preparing press releases, distributing reviews, maintaining company's Twitter account, monitoring industry publications, filing, photocopying, and more. Stellar organizational skills a must. Familiarity with email best practices a plus. Additional responsibilities as needed. Some experience preferred.
