TV Guide Magazine is looking for an Associate Director, Integrated Marketing to plan, create, and execute integrated marketing programs and partnerships designed to generate advertising revenue. (Working closely with the Associate Director, Marketing and reporting to the Senior Advisor, Marketing)

Specific responsibilities will include:


Manage RFP process from ideation through execution and provide client-ready responses to successfully support the sales team and win the business.
Work with advertising staff to identify key category growth opportunities and develop solution-based programs to grow advertising revenues.
Conceptualize and write proactive larger-scale, custom presentations and proposals.
Attend client sales calls to present integrated marketing concepts.
Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for the brand.
Oversee development and production of creative materials to support sales including presentations, proposals, in-magazine advertorials, and promotional materials.
Collaborate to define the brand vision and values and ensure consistent messaging to advertisers in marketing materials and collateral.
Manage communication of market research trends to sales team and clients.
Work closely with Creative Director, Marketing Manager, Research Director and Production team.


The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5+ years experience, preferably in magazine sales/marketing. Experience in entertainment category a plus.
Highly creative, big picture thinker with the ability to deliver on-brand marketing solutions for any and all ad categories.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects.
Team player with a collaborative approach to working with the sales, editorial and production teams.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with sales staff, team members, advertising clients and vendors.
Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills with extensive background generating multi-platform, integrated programs.
Comprehensive knowledge of various online, mobile and social media advertising platforms.
Existing contacts with potential industry partners a plus.
