This individual will report to the Manager, Video Advertising Integration for the Sales Operations based in New York City and will work with peers in various technology disciplines on both coasts. The right candidate will possess a deep understanding of the online advertising industry with a strong focus on digital video and industry initiatives such as TV Everywhere. Some technical work as well as formal project management experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage the full scope of projects and initiatives, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and QA.
*Managing communication and workflow processes with Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPD) to enable monetization of syndicated NBCU content.
*Assemble teams of directly managed resources along with matrixed resources, including internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and service providers and coordinate efforts towards goals
*Gather and document requirements from internal clients.
*Identify and champion opportunities to build and leverage best practices across the team
*Regularly communicate progress, status, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders and management via verbal and written status reports

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
*3+ years technology experience with proven history of increasing responsibility and scope
*Vendor management experience
*Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel
*Strong understanding of online video advertisement industry.
*Knowledge of online advertising models (CPM, CPC and CPA)
*Familiar with behavioral or contextual ad serving.
