The Ad Ops Project Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities and is a key stakeholder in the ad serving workflow.  On a day-to-day basis, you will: communicate with internal and external clients, work with WSJDN Site Team Project Managers to test  / QA display ad placements before site launches/re-designs, coordinate custom executions with site developers, participate in creative calls with clients, maintain WSJDN Ad Specs with internal and external teams, maintain excellent customer service goals, excellent organizational skills, exceed clients' performance and customer service expectations. This is a multi-faceted position that requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.    





•   Responsible for driving strategic business process while working on multiple, technically complex, mission critical and/or high profile projects

•   Identify needs, scope solutions, evaluate solutions and communicate cross departmentally for the platform

•   Manage multiple projects simultaneously, investigate and understand project priorities. React creatively with problem solving solutions

•   Coordinate the development of new online advertising products, develop and maintain technical specs for those products. Enable ad serving to those products, test those products, and ultimately communicate product status to multiple stakeholders

•   Support Sales, Campaign management and Yield teams out of the New York office


Position Requirements:


•        2+ years online ad operations experience

•        Experience with Dart For Publishers (DFP) and/or other ad serving systems (Atlas, OpenX, etc.)

•        Experience with third party vendors (Mediamind, Pointroll, etc.)

•        Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

•        Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop and  / or other ad building softwares.

•        Incredible attention to detail and follow-through

•        Excellent communication skills both written and oral, organization is key to this role, client-facing skills required

•        Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving

•        Proven ability to: multi-task, work under pressure, understand customer needs, build and maintain relationships

•        Passion for online media, service, and business results

•        Bachelor's degree
