We are currently seeking an Account Manager to ensure seamless campaign execution while providing high-level of client service support for assigned Advertisers and Agencies. This individual will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining and enhancing online advertising campaigns. The role involves sales and client support; providing advertising creative deadlines, technical specifications, reporting; and tracking and optimizing delivery.Responsibilities:• Maintain full understanding of a campaign's objectives and client needs• Book campaign into DSM• Work with the Ad Ops team to ensure they have all necessary tags prior to launch, and assist them in troubleshooting any issues with creative • Act as the liaison between the production team, the client and the agency to ensure the campaign build process/trafficking process goes smoothly. • Manage the day-to-day contact with clients and discuss campaign progress • Confirm that all ads in live campaigns are working properly, and pull third party reporting to ensure that the campaign is tracking to fulfill all purchased inventory • Closely monitor all live campaigns to ensure that delivery is on pace, and performance is meeting client objectives • Analyze performance against client goals and make optimization suggestions to client • Acquire proper internal and client approvals to process documents for optimizations, revisions, make goods, cancellations and renewals • Once a campaign ends, review impression levels to ensure all placements have properly delivered per the IO and that revenue has been appropriately recognized • Process third party billing for campaigns and reconcile discrepancies • Draft proposals and media plans for RFP responses when needed – pull inventory availability, find research against the client's target audience, put together a pricing strategy for the plan Requirements:• 2-4 years of digital experience in account management, sales coordination or planning • Must be extremely proactive and highly organized• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner • Excellent client service, organizational abilities, verbal and written communication skills The New York Post is an EOE.Please email resume and cover letter to email@example.com, and be sure to include “Account Manager” in the subject line of your email.
