Integrated Marketing Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our high-performing NY-based marketing team as an Integrated Marketing Manager, supporting our National Sales team. The primary duties for this position include the following: -Work with National Account Directors on proposals & programs - including determining client objectives, deliverables, ROI and manage expectations.-Work with Integrated Marketing Director, VP of Integrated Marketing and local marketing teams to research integrated marketing platforms that leverage our assets to satisfy client objectives.-Develop fully integrated marketing proposals & presentations and effectively communicate programs that deliver revenue and enhance partner relationships.-Develop partnerships with synergistic organizations, individuals, and/or companies that can provide access to unique opportunities, experiences, content and/or increase visibility for Niche Media titles and advertisers. -Activate marketing programs that are sold, via distribution of Marketing Activation Form and supporting materials to the appropriate parties.-Work with the outside marketing teams to keep oversight on the execution of national/multi-market added value programs once sold, to ensure client satisfaction and ensure the company’s ability to meet client expectations. Work with the outside markets to develop a recap presentation for overall program.-Track all added value proposals executed to reflect scope of business pitched and activated. Deliver a pre and post analysis of marketing programs to the Vice President of Marketing to evaluate the profitability of client’s delivered added-value program.-Assist in the development of national sales team sales tools: presentations, sell sheets, event recaps, etc. -Assist in updating the “Marketing Update” document that is presented at the bi-weekly publisher’s call.-Attend sales calls with national sellers in NY to present proposals and ideas to clients. -Continually track competitive and/or other media brand’s marketing programs/ideas & read trade press daily (I.E., Luxury Daily Newsletter). Bring forth new multi-platform ideas/concepts to explore and brainstorm development.-Assistance on-site at Niche Media events if needed, which may include: guest check-in, photography shot list management, on-site client merchandising setup, etc. -Perform other job-related duties as required, including coordinating large long-term projects.-Assist on team projects, current events and development of new events and support sales by assisting with sponsorship marketing campaigns.-Assist at events.-Create PowerPoint presentations and proposals for sales pitches.-Intern coordination for team including prescreening, interviewing and hiring.-Other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.-Minimum one year prior experience working in a sales, marketing or publishing environment.-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. -Proven ability to multi-task, and work under deadline pressure.-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.-Ability to operate office equipment such as fax machine, photo copier.Successful candidates must work well under pressure and thrive in a deadline driven, rapidly changing environment.
