- The key role of this position is client service.
-Interface with clients and represent Berard. Follow up/meeting recaps and ensure all deliverables are met - on time.
-Write proposals for client projects and ensure project aligns with brief and content. Based on client briefing write detailed proposal for corresponding design and marketing projects.
-Service client on daily needs, follow up, next steps, meeting recaps etc.
-Prepare & present presentations for clients in coordination with designers. Write and organize the flow of presentations when they include marketing/branding sections. This includes background preparation work/ analysis: consumer, competition etc.

- This role is for someone who is passionate about building brands through great design; and, creating new ideas to make each brand unique, compelling and aspirational for the target consumer. It is also for someone who loves details, as it requires follow up in a business that is all about details. Most of all, the candidate must be excited about everything that is the world of design.
-Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in account management with a design agency(branding and package design). Past experience in account management for a design firm or brand management for a cosmetics company would be a plus but not essential. Other relevant past exposure or interest: writing proposals, knowledge of consumers/ marketing, brand equity & image building, global trend & competitive analysis.
-Attention to details, desire to follow up and meet deadlines is critical. Individual must have a keen sense of honoring deadlines and enthusiasm for recapping details.
-Candidate must be a self-starter, energetic, detail oriented and versatile in a fast paced environment. They must desire to excel in a small, intimate work environment where the contribution of every individual greatly impacts the firm.
-Good writing and presentation skills is essential. Responsible to write & present Berard presentations for client meetings.
-Candidate must have a strong appreciation for the creative process and the contribution/impact and influence of design in building brand image. Candidate must truly believe in the power and importance of quality design.
-Candidate must be passionate about brand building with ability to think strategically about all elements that contribute to brand equity and image.
-Affinity for the broader creative world - great passion for architecture, sculpture, fine arts, photography etc and an awareness of design trends. This is critical to ensure the individual represents Berard – intellectually and with a complete persona that expresses a sophisticated, modern design aesthetic.
