•Help create cutting-edge concepts on a wide range of digital projects for clients in a variety of industries
•Collaborate constructively with teammates and clients to translate user needs and business goals into compelling stories and positive online experiences
•Be an expert in communicating a brand and putting what it stands for into words in all different types of copy and content
•Work with an Associate Creative Director and/or Creative Director to develop and establish a consistent, eloquent, spot-on tone and voice, and maintain this tone and voice throughout the life of the project
•Be able to take direction, go beyond what’s asked and constantly challenge yourself
•Be comfortable presenting your work to management and clients in a professional, thoughtful and inspirational way
•Collaborate closely with User Experience Architects, Visual Designers and Developers to create and execute work that exceeds the goals of the project
•Be an ally and advocate of the Visual Designers you work with - Help them shine
•Develop copy style guides to help future writers maintain the tone and voice you’ve helped to establish

Required Experience / Skills:

•Current and review-ready portfolio
•Extensive digital copywriting experience
•Experience being part of a collaborative environment and a desire to work as part of a team
•The confidence and maturity to know that great ideas can come from anywhere and anyone
•Excellent communication (including listening) and organizational skills
•Proactive behavior in bringing fresh solutions to the team
•The ability to act as a creative thought leader and demonstrate a passion for the discipline
•A commitment to constantly improving one’s skills and staying current of developments and trends in the industry, and to sharing this knowledge with others
•Digital Agency experience
