- Support Sales team on pre- and post- sale inventory requests and optimizations
- Forecast inventory capacity, availability, and sell-through, employing statistical analysis and modeling when needed across all digital platforms.
- Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, to support decision making
- Aid in campaign optimization through identifying areas with available inventory with low demand that meet the needs of the clients.
- Identify areas of underutilized inventory, and work with the sales planners to get that inventory onto RFPs for sales.
- Configure specialized reports to highlight inventory/revenue opportunities for management.
- Work with various groups in the company including sales, marketing, and tech teams

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative background, an intuitive grasp of data, and robust Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, VBA etc).
- Expertise in reporting for inventory, sell-through, ad hoc reports
- Analyzing situations and creative troubleshooting
- Understanding of online media industry and terminology
- Knowledge of managing inventory, delivery and reconciliation for public company
- Understanding of the media buying and selling process
