Project Manager, Digital Advertising
The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of Townsquare Media’s custom advertising programs across the company’s portfolio of music and entertainment websites, both wholly-owned and partner, that together reach over 60 Million people. As part of IGNITE, Townsquare Media’s Client Solutions Group, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of multifaceted advertising partnerships that are based in digital programs, but also may include mobile, terrestrial radio, and event components. The role works closely with the sales organization, and participates in client interaction and support while implementing the program, and in the presentation of results, with the ultimate goal of securing renewal of the partnership. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects with multi-layered complexity at once, and excellence in communication and service. Attention to detail and an understanding of effective marketing are crucial as well. The position is based in New York City. At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in digital advertising or marketing, is required. Responsibilities include: - Oversight of production and implementation of custom marketing programs- Management of all resources (internal or external) that contribute to a campaign including design, development, content production, event production, and radio- Management of project timelines across various functional groups- Accountability that custom programs are effective and manageable while also meeting client expectations - Leadership of internal team briefings, scheduling and planning meetings, drafting agendas and documentation - Development of production schedules including client-facing timelines, status reports and content outlines - Assistance in the preparation of materials for client review- Client support throughout the implementation process, and active participation in the renewal process- Communication of project updates to executive management- Creation and development of systems and workflows amongst cross-functional teams- Contribution to and vetting of RFP responses- Ongoing innovation in developing solutions that drive revenue growth and deliver value to advertisers and publishersNo phone calls please.
