This position is responsible for audience development for Annuals and One Shots to ensure optimal new customer acquisition as well as current customer campaigns that drive profitability. Responsibilities include:
•Building and executing the annual budget and quarterly reforecast
•Management of campaign p&ls as well as weekly and ad-hoc reporting
•Ownership of list related customer acquisition activities across all direct response channels e.g. (telephone, mail)
•Identifying new prospect list sources and innovative customer/prospect segmentation and targeting tactics to increase revenue and profitability
•Set direction and priorities for database team on projects involving existing and new initiatives to grow the current business
•Work closely with the audience development manager to maintain email best practices (e.g., list hygiene) and with the marketing, digital and database teams to develop and execute contact strategies across email campaigns to achieve budgeted sales goals
•Develop segmentation strategies utilizing in-house customer database to ensure email and ecommerce offer and messaging relevance. “Find the right people”.

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field with at least 5 years direct marketing experience. Requires solid project management; excellent analytical capabilities including proficiency in Excel and Access, innovative and creative thinking ability; strong communication skills, good writing skills; ability to handle many projects simultaneously and adjust priorities with flexibility. Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Must be both creative and strategic in a business context.
