- Bachelor's degree in Interactive Marketing or equivalent online design field degree required.

- Five or more years of related experience in an online marketing and development position, including at least two years in a management capacity.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word /Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint). Proficient/Working Knowledge Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite

- EXPERT knowledge in MS Excel.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.

- Highly analytical. Able to review data to analyze performance and draw conclusions and insights. Well-versed in Google Analytics and Google Ad Words.

- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.

- Proven ability to work independently with little direction to achieve accomplishments.

- A thorough understanding of online marketing technologies and strategies, with a balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning.

- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage and collaborate with team members and vendor to achieve goals.

- Knowledge of latest internet trends, business models, social media policies and web technologies.

- Demonstrated success generating and implementing a strategy leading to improved leads generation, increased site traffic and site growth.
