Social Media Manager
Night Agency is looking for a creative, eager and intelligent Social Media Manager to support two brand efforts. In this position, you will work with a driven and highly motivated team to create and execute social programs in conjunction with specific campaigns. Responsibilities: -Assist in the development and support of multi brand social media strategies -Develop innovative approaches to using social media in marketing programs and campaign execution. -Provide thought leadership on social media trends and new channels. -Manage social media efforts on a day to day basis for specific brands -Mange Social Media monitoring program, including publication of Social Media effectiveness, using on-line monitoring and reporting tools available through agency and or clients -Understand client's business requirements and design reporting and analysis approaches tailored to their needs -Stay current with client and industry benchmarks -Identify additional monitoring, analyses, and reporting requirements. -Provide regular status updates to manager and key stakeholder teams. Requirements: -2+ years of social management, marketing, advertising, or PR experience -Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising -Strong analytical skills, must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting internet-related data from standard social media vendors, software packages and client databases -Experience with Radian6, Cymphony or other social media listening tools. Experience with web analytics packages such as WebTrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Hitbox, Visual Sciences, a plus. -Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clients -Demonstrated project management skills -Well organized and good attention to detail -Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented -Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal -Social media obsessed, you blog, tweet, check in, and post daily -Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment -Strong analytical and creative skills. -A strong ability to perform independently while working in a team environment. -Tech and category savvy, know about new platforms, tools and trends -Enjoy learning and are curious -High energy and sense of humor a must.If interested, please email your resume and brief cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org with Social Media Manager in the subject.
