Job Responsibilities: • Online advertising operations responsibilities include trafficking house ad banners and pre-rolls, inventory management, campaign optimization & ad serving reporting • Develop, schedule, and maintain the .com marketing/house display and pre-roll banner campaign insertion orders • Ad serving analysis - track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns • Manage the guidelines and documentation for digital media promotional creative approval and quality control process • Facilitate outsourcing of rich media creative production and QA testing • Interact with other internal departments related to online initiatives requiring ad serving promotional support • Assist Marketing Manager with monthly budget reconciliation

Skills / Qualifications: • At least 2 years of online ad operations experience with knowledge of DoubleClick DART DFP system • Fundamental understanding of Digital Media, including online ad networks, online marketing, ecommerce, sponsorship, event, mobile and digital subscription products • Strong organizational and financial planning skills • Understanding of the online creative development and QA process • Familiarity with the development and execution of online promotions • Knowledge of DoubleClick specific and general industry ad serving technologies, including online advertising best practices, advertising measurement, re-targeting and industry guidelines. • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
