This individual must possess a strong understanding of how different forms of advertising fit into a client's ideal media mix. The successful candidate will have the experience necessary to act independently, lead media accounts, meet strict deadlines and clearly communicate recommendations to clients and prospects.

Skills Required
*Strong understanding of the roles each advertising medium plays in a marketing campaign
*Ability to recommend and implement all forms of media
*Work with senior team members to set communications objectives and strategies
*Experience building and fostering marketing relationships/partnerships with clients and vendors
*Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
*Candidate should have proven account management capabilities and be able lead and handle multiple accounts
*Clear understanding of research and how it fits into the media planning process
*Experience presenting media plans to clients comfortable rationalizing recommendations
*Strong knowledge of implementing buys from the planning stage through invoice reconciliation

Education and Experience
*Candidate must have 5 + years of highly relevant advertising experience preferably with an agency
*Experience in traditional marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in traditional and digital media
*Experience with Strata/SBMS a plus
Candidate must be able to flourish in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
