Modern Healthcare is looking for an energetic and aggressive inside sales representative to take ownership of the Modern Healthcare Classified Marketplace (print and digital) along with print and digital revenue for a small territory with growth opportunity. Position requires excellent communication and project management skills to manage, build and diversify the account base. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and adhere to multiple deadlines; develop client relationships as well as team relationships. This Inside Sales Executive must be innovative and creative in their approach and thrive in a fast-pace environment that is constantly evolving to fit the changing media landscape.

Responsibilities:

Ability to identify, cultivate and convert prospects into clients
Maintain and upsell existing accounts
Providing top-notch customer service
Assist in the preparation and design of ads including consulting and upselling clients based on needs
Updating CRM database
Creation of new product ideas to drive increased revenue from territory and Classified Marketplace

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 - 5 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience with a proven track record
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of the healthcare and/or publishing industry a definite plus
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g. social, mobile, ad tech and video)
Organized, multi-tasker who thrives in fast paced environment
Incredible business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit to own their territory, business and clients
