Build and deploy a high volume of outbound Marketing eMails
-Deployment of high volume of emails
-Responsible for the accuracy and timely delivery of the weekly emails
-Work very closely with Marketing Director and Database Marketing Manager to make sure that all segments & messages match mailings.
-Build all emails based on campaigns, ensuring accuracy of segmentations and suppressions
-Deliver regular analysis and reporting
-Work to continuously improve all email marketing KPI's including deliverability, opens, clicks & revenue
-Implementation of the tools: Trigger, Personalization, A/B testing
-Maintain eMail list, initiate/schedule email cleaning campaigns
-Manage projects to initial deployment and testing as necessary
-Coordinate and prioritize email schedule with Development emails and Education emails.
-Manage third party email trades
-In coordination with the Single Tickets Marketing Manager, propose concert redirects each season and create new redirects for projects as needed.
-Proof marketing materials with an eye for web-related information (make sure all urls and landing pages are directing to the optimal landing pages, ensure all links, and that content is accurate)

Work with Marketing Director to implement strategies to optimize email program from a revenue and customer experience perspective
-Ensure timely seasonal and adhoc updates to the emails and sign ups
-Develop and Manage the Abandoned Basket Email Program and other new programs such as re-engagement campaigns, sign up/lead gen campaigns.
-Building welcome emails
-Work with Marketing Director for ideas generation for improvements to the email program
-Reporting Weekly, Monthly on performance
-Ensure timely seasonal updates to the program

-Management of homepage content, scheduling and trafficking
-Initiate and project manage all the Marketing landing pages on the web
-Initiate scheduling with Digital dept, direct creation and manage assets and content, etc to create the landing page to sell the event.
-Direct the design for the page to ensure a compelling marketing sell online.
-Manage Marketing content of the Philharmonic Web Site:
-Produce all landing pages through Digital dept web producers supporting all campaign strategies and plans, focused on driving online sales.
-Create and maintain all event related data in Tessitura, to appear on the web.
-Manage the production and assets for the Event Details page (ie: manage relationship with copywriter, ensure all deliveries of videos and audio clips from Digital dept, etc)
-Proof all events, series and pricing before season launch, and ensure that they match the printed materials.
-As a member of the Web Site Committee, initiate and project manage the planning and scheduling of any and all Marketing projects for the web.
-Work with IT and Customer Relations to implement special offers and E-commerce functionality.
-Keep accurate all updates of our concerts/events on third party websites.
-Management of all Event Details pages - making sure all info is consistently and constantly updated and accurate. Ensuring that all content assets are optimally presented for use.
-Coordinate with Database Marketing Manager to ensure that all new pages are supported through SEM and SEO.
-Mobile marketing as it applies

Essential Skills & Requirements:
-A proven track history of success in an email marketing position
-Experience working with email platforms eg: Mail2
-Proficient in HTML (for email building)
-Understanding of email databases and email data flows

A successful candidate for this position is a strong project manager and implementer. Candidate is organized and thinks systematically and logically to manage projects across functional departments.

Successful candidate also has a good visual sensibility to put together emails that can support the goal of each email push. The person must also have a very strong eye for detail and accuracy of all the components in the email.

The person has strong initiative, curiosity, is resourceful and is a fast learner:

This is an extremely paced, deadline-oriented position in an equally fast paced department. Candidate should be goal-oriented -someone who doesn't lose sight of the underlying goal of each project, campaign or strategy under pressure. A creative problem solver as well as a curious mind to constantly stay abreast of and initiate efforts within the constantly evolving digital marketing arena is necessary.

A key member within a tight-knit marketing team, this person must have great communication skills up/down the hierarchy of the department as well as across departments. Must have team-player mentality. Strong communication skills a necessity.

Must have minimum of 4 years in Marketing in which at least two of those years are in the area of Digital Marketing.
