The Ladies' Home Journal Beauty Director sells advertising space within assigned territory (Tri-State area and greater Washington D.C.) and accounts with a major focus on beauty but not limited to only beauty accounts. This position will help develop the LHJ go-to-market beauty strategy. The Beauty Director will work with marketing and sales management to build and manage beauty sales presentations and programs. This seller will interact extensively with agency and client personnel as well as additional members of LHJ and Meredith corporate sales teams. The Beauty Director maintains or improves share-of-market for LHJ and maximizes profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:
All must be met to be considered.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:
At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in magazines, newspapers or other print medium.
