Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operational or customer service experience
  • 3+ years Excel experience: complex formula and data presentation skills required
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical field or equivalent education
  • Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to grow the business by providing the highest quality customer experience is a must
  • Track record of successful internal and external relationship management, and driving results
  • Think both strategically and tactically; independent thinking for creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous e-commerce and/or online retail experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects including work prioritization, resource coordination, planning, and task delegation
  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing and troubleshooting data integration projects
  • Previous experience with XML and SOAP as a data exchange tool is a definite plus
  • Experience with Web Services APIs (AWS, MWS, FWS) will be key for this role
