Media Connect, a midtown book PR Firm seeks a Digital Publicity Manager to join our Interactive Division. The Digital Publicity Manager will be responsible for managing our in-house team of digital superstars, overseeing and/or executing the digital publicity outreach efforts across genres, new business development, as well as assisting with online marketing for the division.

Major Responsibilities:
-Manage in-house team of 2-3 digital publicists
-Develop social media programs for clients
-Blog, website and portal outreach
-Manage CRM strategy and analysis both for clients as well as Media Connect
-Working with clients/authors to increase their understanding and capability to utilize the power of social media for maximum effect.

Required Skills / Knowledge:
-High energy and creative... looking for a fresh thinker!
-Strong organizational skills and problem solving experience. Ability to multi-task is a must!
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Skilled and passionate about cutting edge digital and mobile platforms including: blogs, social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc), Apps, e-books, etc.
-Excellent computer skills including the MS Office Suite. Experience working on Macs and PC's ideal. Familiarity with HTML, Adobe is a plus.
