We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our LA team.This is an excellent opportunity to gain a well-rounded knowledge of Human Resources with great potential for advancement. Position is based on LA but reports to corporate HR Director in Boston, MA. Initial HR responsibilities will include:On-boarding new employeesManaging communication and administration for new hires/freelancersAssist with payroll and time recordingAssist with benefits administrationAssist with recruiting - managing interview schedules and meetingsAssist with training/development programsLight employee relations.Some Office responsibilities to include:Front Desk CoordinationWorking with vendors on general office needsOrdering SuppliesMail Distribution

A Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resources or Office Management. Preferably in an Ad Agency setting.Proficiency in Word/Excel and Power PointAbility to work independently in a fast paced, often stressful environmentBe able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this roleMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace
