Harvard Business Review Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Ad Sales & Marketing team located in New York City. Strong candidates in the greater Boston area can potentially be considered to work in Watertown, MA. The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral member of the marketing team responsible for business intelligence that directs our new products, as well as trains the sales team to present to clients. As needed, attends and participates in marketing meetings with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop strategic product positioning and messaging that differentiates the HBRG products in the market
*Product release management - roadmap planning, development and implementation, manage new product releases for all digital, mobile and tablet products, including future partnership programs
*Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
*Market intelligence - be the expert on our audience and how clients are buying the HBRG offerings, including expertise on the competitive set

REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of professional experience in a sales/product marketing function with a mobile/digital publisher and/or client base
*Experience in mobile, tablet, digital media and B2B advertising are required
*Outstanding presentation and communication skills via written and verbal delivery
*Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills
*Significant experience in managing cross-functional efforts and ability to succeed in cross-functional team environment
*Excellent PC skills with advanced experience in PowerPoint & Excel
*Occasional travel varying as needed (approximately once a month)

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, while also being effective within the matrix structure of the HBRG group and outfacing clients. This individual will have a history of being an impact player and being comfortable taking personal ownership in the performance of his/her projects.
