AVP, Search Sales
The AVP, Search Sales is responsible for new client acquisition through aggressive prospecting, strategic thinking, inter-team collaboration, creative presentations, contract negotiations and closing deals. If you are equally adept at prospecting and lead generation, creating urgency and need with prospects, conceiving digital and content marketing solutions-- specifically those catering to robust, integrated search marketing strategies--then we want to hear from you. The right person will also enjoy and excel in cultivating relationships internally and externally.You possess:-A Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing/communications)-5+ years of successful digital media or solution--ideally search marketing specific--sales experience (preferably in an agency setting)-Consultative understanding of all forms of digital marketing, specifically search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), local search, search media-Ability to direct and take direction from multiple internal teams-Solid understanding of the web analytics and ROI tracking tools-Possessing strong critical thinking and analytical skills-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Ability to meet deadlines-Excellent lead generation, pitching, and presentation skillsSome of the things the person in this role will be responsible for are as follows:-Prospecting for new clients through extensive cold calling-Analysis of prospect needs, market and competition in particular business space and industry-Self-direction to achieve sales goals and quotas-Extensive travel -Formulating contracts-Successfully pitching strategic, creative and distribution concepts around content and interactive marketing-Selling , selling, selling!Does this sound like you?
