The eBusiness Operations Analyst is the primary contact for cable system operators with respect to all aspects of NCC Media's eBusiness platform. Critical functions include reconciling electronic billing and invoicing in a timely manner along with the related communication and analysis necessary, leading special projects, testing applications, enhancements and new releases as well as training affiliates on all eBusiness Affiliate Operations websites and tools. Thorough knowledge and practice of accurate business process is required. Customer Service skills are crucial.
*Responsible for ensuring a smooth electronic transfer of data from order placement to invoice reconciliation, including, but not limited to:
*Training and supporting an assigned list of cable system trading partners
*Collection of electronic files within ten days after the end of the broadcast month
*Collection of weekly electronic Exact Time Pulsing files
*Analysis of all files expected i.e. missing files, files with errors, etc.
*Continuous communication and follow through
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cable system personnel
*Support and maintain the EDS billing website

*Collaborate with the Sales, eBusiness Operations, and Finance to identify, analyze and prevent issues from impacting the ordering and invoicing process while ensuring proper adherence to business protocol.
*Support all aspects of the eBusiness Affiliate Operations websites including training, maintenance, and trouble shooting for internal and external users.
*Responsible for creating and maintaining training documentation (i.e. training plans and training manuals) for all eBusiness Affiliate Operations applications for internal and external customers.

*Responsible for updating and maintaining documentation on eBusiness Affiliate Operations internal SharePoint site including but not limited to posting materials, organization, etc.

*Collaborate with the eBusiness Operations and Development teams to create solutions to make all processes more efficient.
*Collaborate with the Team Leader to provide practical input into the development of future enhancements; Test enhancements and new applications as needed.
*Prepare reports for affiliate clients, eBusiness Operations, NCC Sales and internal management.
*Work closely with traffic and billing vendors on any eBusiness related issues and project work to incorporate eBusiness tools into their systems.
*Act as the lead and implement special projects.
*Collaborate/coordinate with other departments as needed.
*Assist with other duties as needed.
