Rather than just solving problems and driving compliance, the HR function focuses on developing comprehensive solutions and measuring their impact on results.The HR Manager serves as a business partner to the corporate functions of a vertical retailer, working with Finance, Information Systems, Corporate Strategy, Real Estate & Construction, Merchandise Store Planning/Allocation, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Design and Marketing.For this role, the interest and ability to learn how the business works is important; the ability to integrate Talent Management initiatives to impact business performance is a must. He or she is able to clearly and logically articulate points of view.Business Analysis – The candidate is able analyze business trends and demonstrate functional knowledge of P&Ls and Balance Sheets.Project Management – The candidate is able to anticipate the future and plan accordingly, demonstrating the ability to handle upcoming developments in a creative and effective manner.
