POSITIONAssistant Director, Marketing, Advertising and PromotionRESPONSIBILITIESThe world's leading performing arts center seeks a creative experienced marketing professional to develop, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns for individual performances, performance series, and other business ventures. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.Responsibilities include:* Work alongside the Director of Marketing and Associate Director of Marketing, Digital to develop marketing strategy, communication plans, budgets, and revenue goals for 9 world-class performance series, Lincoln Center community outreach programs, Lincoln Center education, and guided tours* Execute print, radio, television, out-of-home, and hand-to-hand advertising and promotional campaigns with support from the Marketing Media Manager* Explore and negotiate new marketing ventures and partnerships to diversify Lincoln Center’s marketing mix and ensure Lincoln Center retains a dominant advertising presence.* Create compelling consumer marketing messages* Manage BaseCamp project management system for the marketing department to ensure all campaign elements are executed on appropriate timelines and messaging is consistent* Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with Associate Director of Marketing, Digital to ensure message alignment* Provide guidance and support on email strategy and communication* Work with in-house Creative Services and Digital Marketing Services departments to develop campaign elements across multiple channels* Track and measure ROI to determine the effectiveness of Lincoln Center’s marketing campaigns and media mix* Oversee the Marketing Media Manager* Additional tasks as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* Minimum of 5 years performing arts marketing experience preferred* Experience with education marketing a plus* Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with close attention to detail, and meet deadlines* Understanding of new media, technology, and email in marketing/advertising* Familiarity with tracking campaigns and ROI* Proven track record establishing and achieving institutional revenue goals* Excellent communication, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills* Knowledge of New York's media and performing arts landscape* Knowledge of classical music, dance, and/or theater* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSUBMISSION PROCEDUREPlease send cover letter, resume and salary requirements to: email@example.com Lincoln Center Plaza, NY, NY 10023Internal Candidates should contact a member of the Human Resources Department directly.Lincoln Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Submission Procedure:Please submit cover letter, salary history and resume to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
