The Job: As our Marketing Manager, you will: Drive flawless execution of all Quirky priority product launches and retail marketing initiatives Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Sales and Product/Design Collaborate closely with others in the Quirky Marketing matrix including, but not limited to Strategic Partnerships, Experiential, Digital/Social Media, Retail, Advertising and PR in order to develop compelling buzz-worthy marketing launch plans, which drive brand value, increase revenue, and support the Quirky story The Responsibilities: Develop and execute consumer-focusing product launch plans that elevate the market potential and consumer appeal for Quirky products/product lines Lead cross-functional team in the development of all launch communication materials, including digital presence, PR, consumer promotions, in-store displays, and point of purchase materials Act as brand lead for all hero product retail marketing programs, collaborating with the Retail Team to develop retail programs that are consistent with overall Quirky marketing strategies, consumer target and brand positioning Assist with the development of relevant community briefs and creative briefs to drive community engagement, consumer engagement and ultimately, sales, for all hero products Build relationships with all key internal cross-functional partners including Experiential, Strategic Partnerships, Digital/Social Media, Design, Community, Advertising, PR, Sales and Legal, in order to effectively execute cohesive, holistic, consumer-facing product launches The Qualifications: 6+ years marketing and brand-building experience in traditional and non-traditional client marketing organizations, preferably on image-focused brands (background in fashion/lifestyle brand(s) and e-commerce is a plus!) You love the world of new products and have some experience in new product development You have deep experience in executing successful consumer and retail product launches across multiple consumer touch-points You are versatile and comfortable working across multiple product categories and price-points, for a range of different retailers and consumers You possess excellent communication, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities You have the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, non-process oriented environment You are detail-oriented, highly organized and can bring discipline to the existing team You know how to analyze campaign effectiveness, and can optimize sub-optimal campaigns and distill learnings for Brand and other cross-functional teams You are extremely collaborative and have strong interpersonal skills You are confident, can articulate a point of view, and are transparent and fearless You have an unrelenting intellectual curiosity and take pride in doing awesome work You have a passion for what we are doing at QuirkyThe Application: 1.
