We are currently seeking a Digital Account Manager with 2-5 years agency experience. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, have a passion for digital, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations in regards to Client projects, retainer-based business, and relationship management. Account Managers will communicate routinely to Clients as well as internal teams. The Account Manager will prepare status reports, write creative briefs, create & maintain schedules, manage internal and external processes, allocated resources across many disciplines, and monitor the financial health of projects and accounts for which they are responsible.

Desired Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage many tasks against multiple deadlines
Ability to effectively manage internal and client communications
Excellent decision-making skills for problem identification and solutions
2-5 years experience as an Account Executive/Manager in a digital agency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Powerpoint, and familiarity with (but not hands on knowledge) of Web technologies including: Front-end development (HTML/CSS/Javascript), Back-end technology (PHP, .NET, Java), Database, Content Management Systems
Basic understanding of technology

Supports scope definition, development, and management
Creates and directs project workflow and deadlines
Communicates these consistently and clearly to clients
Manages task delivery including creative, content, and technology; ensures delivery of high-quality products
