We are looking for experienced Account Executives to focus on SMB accounts. The ideal candidate has advertising sales experience with a terrific reputation for over achieving quota while focusing on the customer. S/he will have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing strategic client needs to the organization. The Account Exec will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a sophisticated advertising agency or publisher. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting and relationship building at executive levels of SMB organizations. S/he will thrive in fast paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills.

Strategic Objectives

Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Be able to penetrate both large and small organizations
Create and implement sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory
Analyze sales/metrics data from your territory to help evolve your strategy
Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1+ year sales experience (or 3+ years experience in media sales)
Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota obtainment

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external
An ability to analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve
