•5-8 years of related work experience within digital media, with at least 3 years in an ad operations role
•Experience working with web, mobile, video, social and custom advertising programs necessary
•Solid reporting and analytical skills, with ability to effectively present campaign data to internal and external constituents: knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture, DART, DFP, Atlas and other ad servers and third-party tagging systems is required
•Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
•Exceptional client management skills, with strong customer focus
•Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
•Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash
