Latina Media Ventures LLC currently has a position open for a National Sales Director with a proven track record in managing sales staff in print and digital, maintaining client relationships and generating print and digital advertising revenue. Focus on the achievement of revenue goals is essential.

Duties include: Maintain and grow existing accounts, consistently identify new sales opportunities across all platforms, layout of the print product, partner with Finance on budget and revenue reporting. Work closely iwth the Director of Digital Operations and Executive Marketing Director. Present regular revenue updates to President across all platforms.

Qualifications:
5+ years consumer print magazine experience and digital experience a MUST. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of comparative analysis, sales forecasting/projections, commission calculations and budget management. Must have an understanding of IAB standards and emerging media. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively. Some business travel required.
