The Partnership at Drugfree.org is an established national not for profit organization dedicated to developing & enhancing their innovative website and creating online solutions that meet the needs of parents and other influencers of youth.

We are conducting a search for an experienced professional Web Project Manager to join our growing Digital team - someone who has been managing web projects for 3 - 5 years. The Web Project Manager must have a solid grasp of interactive project management and the digital product development process and will be responsible for leading, organizing and coordinating resources to support the delivery of information, tools and services via the web.

Major Responsibilities
- Manage web projects that vary in scope and complexity including web sites, online communities, online marketing campaigns, blogs, e-mail communications, social media and many others
- Lead web project implementation from inception to delivery; and facilitate communication between digital staff, all internal groups and outside vendors
- Together with the director of digital services, manage multiple projects simultaneously and investigate and understand project priorities internally as well as funder/partner expectations
- Utilize basecamp and other project management tools to manage all digital projects
- Manage the Partnership help desk ticketing system
- Format and manage the digital content of websites
- Coordinate the delivery of technical requirements into functional specifications and actionable work plans. Ensure that all related projects are integrated, come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for content integrity and product quality
- Collaborate with designers, web developers, copywriters, systems engineers and other creative service teams to define integration points and develop a release plan
- Lead web projects through all phases: assessment and definition, creative and technical design, development, testing, quality assurance, production and launch
- Create and oversee the project schedule and report progress to program team lead, digital team members, funders or other external partners.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. 3-5 years of experience in web project management. Work experience in a nonprofit setting an added plus.
- Word Press, Expression Engine, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics & Zen Desk
- Knowledge of digital media formats used for text, images, video, audio and interactive media are also typically required.
- Must be web and tech savvy with a passion for developing first-class web and mobile experiences
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
- Deadline-conscious, results-driven and high performing in a fast paced environment.
- Proven success at collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization including basic keyword research.
