Leading fashion & accessories lifestyle brand is seeking a creative and dynamic social media & content management specialist to maintain and direct all online initiatives. Candidates must eat, sleep and breathe fashion, have a finger (or fingers!) on the pulse of youth culture and thrive on seeking out new and exciting trends. Our brand is a key part of fashionable life of 18-24 year old women, and your understanding of this vibrant, creative and stylish group is key. Shrinking violets and wallflowers need not apply.

This full-time position involves working directly with the in-house marketing team, fashion & accessories designers and senior level external branding agency staff to ensure social and online engagement is in sync with all brand initiatives.

Specifically, this position will entail:

-Establishing a "voice" for all online brand assets
-Developing seasonal "maps" for social media & online campaigns
-Curating images and creating compelling content for online assets
-Partnering with 3rd party providers to update brand website with seasonal trends, product introductions and promotions
-Outreach to blogs, websites & social fashion influencers to drive awareness and engagement
-Collaborating with external Brand Communications Firm to ensure all initiatives are synchronous and supported through online activation


-2-5 years experience in social management & content authoring
-Strong knowledge of fashion and lifestyle trends, specifically for 18-24 demo
-Deep comprehension of digital marketing & social engagement tactics
-Superb writing/communications skills with past experience blogging
-Creative, dynamic and outgoing personality
