Description:

-Understand and leverage consumer insights to provide solutions and ideas that bridge web, interactive, mobile, gaming, and social media to maximize consumer engagement.
-Lead social media listening/monitoring and secondary research to arrive at insight discovery.
-Successful identification of consumer insights and online conversation trends for agency clients.
-Ask the right questions that unveil significant patterns and correlations within large sets of data.
-Connect dots from analytics that tell a story of consumer behavior and brand performance in social.

Responsibilities:

-Use digital and social tracking tools (channel analytics), as well as social conversation listening/monitoring tools.
-Research audiences, their media/content consumption behaviors, and cultural implications.
-Design, conduct and interpret primary data as well as correlating it with secondary data.
-Generate comprehensive reports that visually represent KPIs and inform the client about potential successes and failures of a social campaign.
-Contribute to ideation that leads to actionable, big social programs for agency clients.
