PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily/weekly executive reporting including but not limited to pulling and reconciling data for DVD/Blu-ray street orders, packaging and finished goods inventory, replenishments, historical performance analysis, and returns.
• Coordinate with Manager on retail account-specific needs including demand, custom packs and retail merchandising.
• Serve as key point of contact for 3rd party fulfillment vendors for inventory management and order trouble-shooting.
• Process and fulfill daily internal and external DVD/Blu-ray accommodation orders.
• Provide overall assistance to entire Operations team in an administrative capacity, including but not limited to DX shipments, invoice processing, copying and filing.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of Project Management, Operations and/or Finance experience at an entertainment company
• An ability to think analytically, creatively and strategically.
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with multiple cross-functional groups both internal and external.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
• Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP preferred.
•Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. May need to carry a box of DVD’s to a storage closet or office located on HBO premises.
