Department: Corporate PartnershipsDivision: Development & CommunicationsLocation: New York, NYJob SummaryTo assist the Corporate Sponsorship team with administrative duties related to account management and fulfillment of rights in current sponsor agreements as well as supporting efforts in new business cultivation.Job Responsibilities:Administrative Process billing/payment and track receivables consistent with terms of all sponsor agreements Maintain files of key documents (e.g. contracts/agreements) Maintain and update team reports, including: monthly metrics, budget reconciliations, program expenses, cash deposits, strategic plan highlights, intranet communications. Help prepare presentation materials, Schedule and coordinate meetings at 8th Avenue offices as needed.Account Management-Overall Fullfillment reports Gather internal metrics of partner deliverables for ongoing business updates (e.g. acknowledgements, creative materials/samples) and for the development of case studies Track and analyze selected partner program activity to monitor effectiveness Work with Sr. Managers to develop year-end ROI analysis for measurement of selected, sponsor activation (as needed) Attend internal/external meetings as needed, record tactical deliverables and follow-up activities.-Subaru Support Manager in collection of data/stats for selected programs/projects (STL, VIP, etc.) Manage the “Love a Pet” adoption event database, working with dealers and shelters to capture results/metrics (e.g. traffic, adoptions, photos, success stories) Maintain database of large-scale, community based animal welfare eventsAsset Management Maintain up-to-date metrics for database/inventory of assets (e.g. Member Communications, ASPCA Pro) utilized for partner activation Work with Sr. Manager to develop quarterly assessments to determine performance/effectiveness Identify areas where there may be gaps or additional needs; provide recommendations for improvementsGrassroots/Corporate Ambassadors Maintain database/spreadsheet of on-going, inbound requests and activity, generated primarily through new, online application process Respond to requests for information, contractual requirements, etc. Identify inquiries that may represent a larger business opportunity and work with Sr Manager on appropriate follow up/response for cultivationEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience: Knowledge and experience in non-profit and/or client side/sponsor a plus Two to three years experience in corporate sponsorship and business developmentKnowledge Requirements: Understanding of cause marketing principles Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint Basic knowledge of Marketing and Branding principlesSkills Requirements: Client/customer service orientation Detail-oriented Professional demeanor Ability to function in a team environment Internet savvy—ability to gather research/information online Basic database management and Powerpoint proficiency Good communication skills Pro activeBenefits:Our generous benefit package includes the following for full-time employees and (if qualified, we offer domestic partner coverage!)
